Premium dry white wine made of tamjanika variety, sur lie method, aged 9 months in Serbian oak barrels.
Traditional Serbian tamjanika, although considered as Serbian autochthonous variety, formally it is not due to certain DNA matches, in our production it has got completely different dimension. Being aged in Serbian oak barrels for nine months, Sur lie method brings us a wine that no one leaves indifferent.
Golden yellow, with copper glare, glycerous and full, YOTTA Hysteresis primarily “attacks” our sense of smell with a combination of spicy and medicinal herbs. Thyme, yarrow, bay leaf, oregano. The most dominant is basil, followed by mint. The usual tones for incense, meadow flowers and certain fruits, are less existing. YOTTA Hysteresis truly seduces even those who are not wine lovers showing that Tamjanika can reach out endless values. Hysteresis is probably the most complete wine with not that high alcohol (12.5%) having intensive mark of recognition. Viticultural peaches and William pears are felt at the finish of tasting adding fruity component while making this wine complete. Since Hysteresis is magnetics phenomenon, as the name says this wine brings memorability and durability.
Gastronomic recommendation: Aromatically treated chicken, turkey, duck breast, seafood, smoked and grilled salmon, lasagna, various types of pasta.
