Wine looks for a story. Ours began back in 1904 when French consul Deco mentioned in his diary that he had discovered new one Champagne in Serbia after having seen the waves of the Zupa’s vineyards.
French consul Deco wrote down in his diary the new one Champagne was discovered in Serbia. Although it was not the beginning of the winemaking in Zupa, it was the first official announcement of the Zupa’s wine potentials as the area that today represents the true pearl of Serbia’s largest wine region “Tri Morave”.
As this wine story tends to be a fairy tale, we should mention that in the heart of the Zupa’s region is village Sljivovo where winery Yotta embarked on Its wine journey in 2015 on the traditional estate of the family Jotic.
YOTTA Cabernet Sauvignon is a viticultural blend of grapes of the same variety from very young our own plantations and some older grapes from the family cooperative.
